Job Description
We are hiring a creative, growth-oriented Social Media Specialist to manage the digital presence of both Marble Systems.
This is a hybrid, part-time contract role combining remote work with weekly content shoots at our Miami showroom. If you have a sharp eye for design, material and surfaces, this role is for you.
Role & Conditions

Key Responsibilities
* On-Site Content Creation: Visit the Miami showroom weekly to shoot high-quality, aesthetic photos and short-form videos of our collections.
* Account Growth: Execute organic strategies to scale followers, reach, and engagement for both brands.
* Short-Form Video: Produce, edit, and repurpose high-performing video assets (Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
* Community Engagement: Interact with our B2B and B2C audience, speaking the language of architects, designers, and buyers.
* Content Calendar: Plan, draft, and schedule consistent content pipelines for both brands using our central dashboard.
Required Tools & Software
* Design & Visuals: Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) for luxury graphic assets.
* Video Editing: Advanced skills in CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere for dynamic short-form videos.
* Platform Management: Proven experience with Planable (or equivalent scheduling dashboards) to manage grids and submit content for approval.
Required Qualifications (Must-Have)
* Industry Experience: Minimum 1 year of social media experience in natural stone, tile, premium surfaces, or interior design.
* Material Knowledge: Clear understanding of design aesthetics and surface materials (marble, ceramic, terracotta, etc.).
* Track Record: Demonstrated success in organically scaling social media accounts.
* Technical Skills: Strong videography, editing, and professional English copywriting for the luxury market.
* Execution: Ability to successfully manage both brands within a 20-hour weekly limit.
