ryThe Patternmaker — Soft Wovens is responsible for translating design concepts into precise, production-ready patterns for soft woven fabrications, upholding the brand's aesthetic and quality standards. This role works closely with the Design and Studio teams to ensure that creative vision is accurately interpreted into well-constructed garments, with deep expertise in the specific handling, drape, and construction requirements of soft woven textile

- to:Develop and create patterns for soft woven garments based on design sketches and creative direction from the Design team, with a thorough understanding of fabric behavior, bias, grain, and dr
- apeCollaborate with designers to provide technical feedback specific to soft woven constructions, proposing solutions that preserve design intent while ensuring feasibil
- ityInterpret design intent for soft wovens, ensuring all details, proportions, seaming, and construction elements — including self-facings, fine finishes, and fluid silhouettes — are accurately realized in samp
- lesCreate and maintain digital patterns to support product development and production workfl
- owsPartner with sewers and sample makers to advise on construction techniques specific to soft woven fabrics, including handling of delicate materials, bias cuts, and fine finishing meth
- odsReview and inspect finished samples to ensure accuracy of patterns, proper fit, and adherence to design standards — with an eye for how soft wovens respond through wear and movem

- ents10-15 years of patternmaking experience within high-end or designer runway brands, with significant focus on soft woven categories (e.g., silk, crepe, chiffon, georgette, jersey, and similar fabricati
