National LED is looking for a creative, reliable, and long-term-minded Marketing Content Manager to help grow our brand through social media, project videos, and digital content.
We are a nationwide LED lighting manufacturer specializing in turnkey lighting solutions for commercial, industrial, sports, education, municipal, and automotive projects. We are looking for someone who can help us tell our story, showcase our work, and build a stronger online presence.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow National LED’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Google Business Profile
- Film and edit project videos, job-site content, before-and-after videos, employee features, and customer/project highlights
- Visit lighting projects, schools, stadiums, dealerships, warehouses, and active job sites to capture real project content
- Create short-form videos, reels, posts, captions, and basic scripts
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar
- Plan weekly posts, project videos, employee spotlights, case studies, and short-form video ideas
- Work with sales reps, project managers, and leadership to collect content from active and completed projects
- Turn lighting projects into strong stories by showing the problem, solution, before and after, customer value, team effort, and final result
- Organize photos, videos, and project content for future use
- Help create content for case studies, website updates, newsletters, and sales materials
- Use AI tools to improve content creation, video editing, planning, and marketing workflows
Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in social media content creation
- Skilled in filming and editing videos
- Good at storytelling and able to turn real projects into engaging marketing content
- Creative, organized, and consistent
- Able to manage a content calendar without waiting for step-by-step instructions
- Strong at writing captions, posts, and simple video scripts
- Interested in AI tools and willing to learn agentic AI or marketing automation
- Able to work independently and take ownership
- Stable, reliable, and looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow
Preferred Tools
Experience with tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, ChatGPT, HubSpot, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and AI video tools is preferred.
We are especially interested in candidates who are comfortable using technology and AI to create content faster, stay organized, improve workflows, and bring new marketing ideas to the company.
