TechVora is a fast-growing cloud, data, and AI consulting firm based in Houston. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and curious Part-Time Assistant to support our leadership team across administrative work and light marketing initiatives. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build experience at the intersection of operations and marketing inside a growing professional services firm.
What You'll Do
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team
- Help manage scheduling, communications, and document organization
- Assist with light operational and coordination tasks as needed
- Support day-to-day office and business activities
- Contribute to marketing efforts - drafting social posts, helping coordinate email campaigns, updating website content, organizing case studies, and supporting event or outreach activities
- Help track marketing activity and keep our content calendar organized
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable with email, calendar tools, and basic office software (Microsoft 365 a plus)
- Proactive, dependable, and a good communicator
- Interest or experience in marketing, content, social media, or communications (formal experience not required — we value curiosity and willingness to learn)
- Bonus if you've worked with tools like Canva, LinkedIn, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar
- Must be located in the Houston, TX area with the ability to commute to the office a few days per week

- 10–15 hours per week (could grow into full time)
- $20–$25/hour, based on experience
