Overview
We are looking for a senior Social Listening & Consumer Insights Consultant to support enterprise consumer intelligence initiatives. This role focuses on monitoring social conversations, analyzing unstructured consumer data, and delivering actionable insights to North America teams. The consultant will play a key role in shaping how social listening is used to inform marketing, brand strategy, and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze alerts and conversations using enterprise social listening platforms
- Deliver regular insight reports and summaries for North America stakeholders
- Conduct ad hoc analysis on campaigns, events, trends, and emerging issues
- Extract insights from large volumes of unstructured social and consumer data
- Support crisis and issue management communications in collaboration with regional teams
- Work with global teams across multiple regions in a matrixed enterprise environment
- Help define scalable frameworks, KPIs, and reporting structures for social insights
- Identify opportunities for marketing innovation and consumer engagement
- Support vendor evaluation and tool optimization for social listening capabilities
- Translate consumer insights into clear, actionable business recommendations
Required Experience
- 6–8+ years of experience in social listening, consumer insights, digital analytics, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with social listening tools and methodologies
- Strong experience working in global, enterprise environments
- Proven ability to embed social listening insights into business strategy and decision-making
- Strong mix of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Experience supporting cross-functional and stakeholder-heavy initiatives
Tools & Skills
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Sprinklr, NetBase, or Talkwalker
- Strong data interpretation and storytelling skills
- Ability to work with unstructured data and generate clear insights
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
