What We Are Looking For:
We are looking for a creative, strategic, tech-savvy, and execution-focused Digital Marketing Specialist to help us expand our reach, strengthen our brand presence, and support the growth of our training programs, events, and professional community.
This role is ideal for someone who understands digital marketing, content creation, email marketing, social media, analytics, and campaign execution. More importantly, we are looking for someone who knows how to leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other emerging platforms to work smarter, create faster, analyze better, and improve marketing performance.
The ideal candidate is not just familiar with AI tools but knows how to use them effectively and responsibly for marketing strategy, content development, copywriting, campaign planning, research, customer insights, social media ideas, email drafts, SEO support, reporting, and workflow improvement.
This person should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with our internal team. They should be able to take ideas and turn them into clear marketing actions that help us attract, engage, nurture, and convert our audience.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will support marketing efforts across Project Control Academy, Project Control Summit, and Project Professionals Network.
Responsibilities
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives across Project Control Academy, Project Control Summit, and Project Professionals Network.
Key responsibilities include:
- - Develop and support digital marketing strategies for training programs, events, webinars, community initiatives, and corporate training offers.
- - Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, paid advertising, and other digital channels.
- - Create, edit, and optimize marketing copy for emails, landing pages, websites, social media posts, ads, newsletters, brochures, sales pages, and promotional materials.
- - Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and other relevant platforms to support content creation, campaign planning, research, analysis, idea generation, and workflow improvement.
- - Develop and manage content marketing initiatives that attract, educate, engage, nurture, and convert target audiences.
- - Support the development and launch of new courses, masterclasses, webinars, summits, and special promotional campaigns.
- - Manage and improve social media presence, especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- - Support email marketing campaigns, including planning, copywriting, segmentation, scheduling, testing, performance tracking, and optimization.
- - Assist with marketing automation workflows, customer journeys, lead nurturing sequences, CRM updates, and related marketing systems.
- - Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance across email, website, social media, paid ads, and other marketing channels.
- - Use analytics and customer insights to recommend improvements in messaging, targeting, engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
- - Support SEO efforts, website updates, landing page improvements, and content optimization.
- - Conduct market research, competitor research, customer research, and trend analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- - Help develop and execute marketing strategies to attract corporate clients for employee training and organizational development.
- - Support live and virtual events, including pre-event promotion, audience engagement, sponsor or partner-related marketing, and post-event follow-up.
- - Organize and maintain digital marketing assets, including brand materials, campaign files, content calendars, templates, and promotional resources.
- - Collaborate with internal team members, designers, video editors, copywriters, vendors, and external partners as needed.
- - Identify opportunities to improve marketing systems, workflows, automation, AI-assisted processes, and overall campaign efficiency.
- - Perform additional marketing-related duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:
- - 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, campaign management, or marketing analytics.
- - Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, lead generation, email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and online customer journeys.
- - Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar platforms for marketing-related work.
- - Ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused marketing copy.
- Strong familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.
- - Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and campaign management tools.
- - Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, website analytics, and data-driven marketing decisions.
- - Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, or other paid advertising platforms is a plus.
- - Ability to analyze campaign performance and turn data into clear recommendations.
- - Strong project management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while staying aligned with team goals.
- - Comfortable receiving feedback and improving work based on direction.
- - Creative thinker with a practical, execution-focused mindset.
- - Ability to understand our audience of project professionals and create messaging that speaks to their needs, challenges, and career goals.
- - Familiarity with tools such as Canva, WordPress, Kajabi, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, Make.com, Airtable, Google Workspace, or similar platforms is a plus.
- - Digital marketing certifications from reputable providers are a plus.
- - Experience in the project management, professional training, education, consulting, engineering, construction, or technology sectors is a plus.

Position Details:
- This is a part-time position, approximately 15 to 20 hours per week.
- This is a remote position.
- The selected candidate will work as an independent contractor.
- Flexible availability is preferred, especially during major course launches, campaigns, webinars, and events.
