Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Graphic & Digital Designer (Freelance) to provide high impact design support during a defined period of increased demand. This role is handson and execution focused, requiring a designer who can quickly integrate into an established brand system, partner effectively with marketing and creative stakeholders, and deliver polished work across digital and print channels with minimal ramp up time.
The ideal freelance partner brings strong judgment, speed, and craft—able to independently own assigned work streams while aligning closely to brand standards, accessibility requirements, and business priorities.
What You’ll Do
• Design and produce high quality visual assets across digital and print channels, including web, email, presentations, campaigns, internal communications, and marketing materials.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into clear, effective design solutions within established brand guidelines.
• Partner with marketing, content, and creative stakeholders to execute concepts efficiently and accurately.
• Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, prioritizing speed, quality, and attention to detail.
• Adapt existing templates and design systems as needed while maintaining brand consistency.
• Incorporate accessibility by design best practices into visual deliverables.
• Provide clear, professional communication on progress, dependencies, and timelines throughout the engagement.
What You Bring
• 7–10 years of professional experience in graphic and digital design, with a strong portfolio showcasing high quality execution across multiple channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with Figma strongly preferred.
• Proven experience designing for digital platforms (web, email, presentations, campaigns), with an understanding of usability and performance considerations.
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, absorb feedback quickly, and make revisions efficiently.
• Comfort working within established brand systems, templates, and creative standards.
• Experience collaborating with cross functional partners in an inhouse or agency environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet deadlines in a fast paced setting.
Nice to Have
• In house marketing or enterprise brand experience.
• Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility standards in visual design.
• Experience supporting distributed or offshore teams.
