About the Role
We are seeking a versatile, high-energy Graphic Designer to join our team for a variety of upcoming contract and freelance projects. The ideal candidate is a "well-rounded" creative who feels equally at home designing a sleek digital campaign as they do prepping complex layouts for a professional print run.
You will support our creative team in executing brand-consistent assets across multiple channels. This is an excellent opportunity for a designer who thrives on variety and wants to build a portfolio with high-visibility marketing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Design: Create engaging assets for social media, email marketing (Salesforce Marketing Cloud/HubSpot), web banners, and digital ads.
- Print Production: Design and production-manage print collateral including brochures, white papers, signage, and direct mailers.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain strict adherence to brand guidelines while finding creative ways to evolve visual storytelling.
- UI/UX Support: Assist in designing web layouts or app interfaces using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing Managers and Project Managers to meet deadlines and iterate based on feedback.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of professional design experience (Agency or In-house).
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Working knowledge of Figma for digital collaboration and handoffs.
- Strong Typography & Layout Skills: A keen eye for hierarchy, grid systems, and color theory.
- Print Specs Knowledge: Ability to set up files for print, including bleed, slugs, and CMYK conversions.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a mix of live print and digital projects is required.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience working within a project management tool (e.g., Workfront, Asana, or Monday.com).
- Ability to pivot quickly between different brand voices and project types.
- A "proactive" mindset—you don’t just take orders; you look for ways to improve the visual experience.
