Social Content Creation
- Concept and lead the development of fast-moving, standalone, and series-based social content that supports seasonal priorities, product stories, and broader brand initiatives.
- Create and oversee a mix of content formats including talent-led long-form and short-form video, low-fi product stills and video, and timely trend-driven content.
- Build and manage a reliable network of agencies, creators, and freelance production partners to support content creation at varying scales and speeds.
- Stay closely connected to culture, fashion, consumer behavior, and platform shifts to ensure content feels relevant, engaging, and aligned with the brand’s voice and audience expectations.
Social Calendar Ownership
- Own and manage the global social content ecosystem across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest.
- Develop and maintain a cohesive social content calendar that integrates original social content, campaign moments, and user-generated content into a consistent and compelling presence.
- Continuously optimize the calendar and publishing strategy based on performance insights, product priorities, and real-time cultural or trend opportunities.
Seasonal Social Plan Development & Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of seasonal social strategies, setting content priorities and defining the social approach for upcoming campaigns and launches.
- Shape social-first strategies that support key marketing initiatives, strengthen community engagement, and drive performance against social KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to support product launches, cultural moments, and major commercial events through integrated digital campaigns.
- Contribute social recommendations and direction for campaign toolkits, collaborations, and high-priority seasonal activations.
Agency Management & Reporting
- Partner with external agencies to gather insights, guide performance reporting, and lead quarterly business reviews.
- Present key findings, recommendations, and learnings to internal stakeholders and broader marketing teams across multiple regions.
