About the Role
We are looking for one experienced, self-directed Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer to take full ownership of our social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
This is a high-autonomy, high-trust role. We will provide plenty of direction and context, but you will ultimately be the one building the strategy, analyzing the data, researching trends, creating the graphics, writing the copy, and driving the direction — then communicating clearly what you need from Brittany to make it happen.
Brittany is not a social media expert and does not want to be the one calling the shots here. She needs someone who knows more than she does, stays naturally current on platform trends, and is genuinely energized by taking ownership of something and making it grow. AI-assisted tools will be part of your workflow.

Responsibilities Include:
- Audit existing social media content, analytics, and performance data
- Research current trends across Instagram and TikTok and the Christian women's content space
- Build and manage a content calendar independently
- Design scroll-stopping graphics and visuals that are on-brand and platform-appropriate
- Write engaging, on-brand captions and copy across all platforms
- Stay current on Christian culture, news, and trends relevant to our audience
- Track performance data, report on results, and adjust strategy accordingly
- Proactively communicate your strategy, needs, and recommendations to Brittany
- Use AI-assisted tools as part of your content creation workflow
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- MUST have 1-3+ years of paid social media management experience
- MUST be able to demonstrate specific, measurable results from accounts you have managed previously
- MUST have hands-on experience managing both Instagram and TikTok
- MUST submit links to social media accounts you have managed with your application
- MUST have strong graphic design skills and be able to submit links to this work with your application
- MUST have in-depth understanding of American Evangelical Christian culture
- MUST be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal oversight
- MUST be comfortable using AI-assisted content tools as part of your workflow
- MUST be able to accept payment via PayPal or Zelle

- Need a lot of direction or prefer to be told what to post
- Are still building your foundational social media skills
- Have little knowledge of or interest in Evangelical Christian culture
- Are uncomfortable using AI tools in your work
- Want a role with no accountability for results
- Cannot provide examples of accounts you have grown or managed
