Job Overview
This is an entry-level position suitable for current undergraduate students or recent graduates. The role will assist with market research, internal coordination, sales and technical team support, and external marketing information gathering. This position will play an important role in helping the company stay informed about market trends and support ongoing business expansion efforts.
Responsibilities
- Draft and prepare marketing articles, reports, presentations, and other related documents.
- Support daily marketing and social media operations, including collecting market trends and industry updates, and assisting with market expansion efforts.
- Coordinate and provide support for collaboration between the Sales team and technical team.
- Assist the business team in providing relevant sales support and pre-sales materials.
- Organize and participate in industry events, exhibitions, and summits on behalf of the company.
- Complete other daily tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; prior internship or campus project experience in marketing, communications, business support, or research is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work effectively with different internal teams.
- Interest in market trends, business development, branding, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with presentation tools, design tools, or marketing platforms is a plus.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
