We’re hiring a Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, creative, trend-savvy individual to join our Marketing team. This role supports our two brands: Reflo Smart Cup, an established, award-winning product trusted by parents nationwide, and H2Daily, a new and exciting brand launching in the daily hydration space.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone who thrives in a small-business environment, loves staying ahead of social media trends, and wants hands-on experience growing a brand at various stages. Someone who also enjoys a flexible, hybrid schedule that supports real work/life balance.
You’ll help maintain and expand Reflo’s strong presence while also playing a key role in bringing H2Daily to life from the ground up. Be part of shaping the voice and presence of both brands—one focused on supporting toddler development, and the other redefining daily hydration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Feel comfortable and confident being on camera, being goofy, and following social video trends.
- Help coordinate influencer outreach and communication.
- Monitor social media pages and work side-by-side with the Marketing Manager.
- Track performance analytics and brainstorm new ideas to increase reach and engagement.
- Assist with email marketing copy and campaign planning. Assist in generating email lists.
- Maintain the social media content calendar for both brands with the Marketing Manager.
- Support website content updates and blog post creation.
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who gets small business hustle and loves being part of a flexible team.
- Solid communication skills, content-focused creativity, and a fun personality.
- Familiarity with platforms like Canva, Meta, TikTok, and various editing tools.
- Organized, creative, fun, and excited to create great social media posts.
- Passion for brand storytelling and social trends is a bonus!
Must-Haves:
- 1-3 years of experience in social media and marketing.
- Must be located within commutable distance to Greater Cleveland, United States.
