Marketing & Design Assistant

A well-established commercial real estate firm is seeking a Marketing & Design Assistant to support its marketing team. This is a 9-month contract role with the potential for extension and possible long-term opportunity.
Position Details
- Schedule: 35 hours/week
- Hybrid: Primarily remote with 1 day/week in-office
- Location: Woodbridge, NJ
- Reports to: Director of Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain marketing materials for property listings
- Design and place digital and print advertisements
- Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
- Update and maintain website content
- Produce print-ready collateral aligned with brand standards
Qualifications
- Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Creative design experience with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Constant Contact)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Buildout preferred) and social media platforms
- Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Preferred focus in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field
