Freelance Content Writer – On‑Site Event Coverage
Overview
We are seeking an experienced freelance content writer based in or near Las Vegas to provide fast-turnaround, on-site coverage of InfoComm 2026, the largest professional AV trade show in North America. The writer must be available on-site at the Las Vegas Convention Center for the full duration of the event, June 16–19, 2026. Remote coverage is not an option for this assignment. If the engagement is a strong fit and availability allows, this assignment may extend beyond InfoComm into ongoing remote freelance work.

- Collaborate with editors remotely while working autonomously on-site

- Writer must supply their own laptop and recording equipment
- If writer is available prior to June, relevant work can start immediately
