Position OverviewWe are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to support content creation, platform management, and day-to-day execution across client and brand accounts.
This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to grow quickly, take ownership of real client work, and contribute to meaningful campaigns.
We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals who are creative, resourceful, and eager to build their experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A strong portfolio or examples of your work are required.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media Execution- Capture photo and video content for events, community outreach, and client initiatives as needed
- Edit and prepare content for social platforms including Reels, Stories, posts, and short-form video
- Write captions aligned with brand voice and campaign goals
- Schedule and publish content across platforms
- Stay current on trends and proactively suggest content ideas
- Collaborate with internal team members on creative direction and execution
Content Planning & Brand Consistency- Support content planning through idea generation and light outlining
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity
- Assist with content calendars and scheduling workflows
Community Engagement & Support- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement as needed
- Support community engagement in alignment with brand voice
- Assist with social listening and identifying engagement opportunities
Organization & Reporting- Track basic performance metrics
- Assist with content and performance summaries
- Maintain organized content libraries and asset folders
Qualifications- 0–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or communications
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong photo and video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Lightroom, Final Cut, or similar)
- Strong writing skills with attention to tone and detail
- Understanding of social media trends and platform behavior
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Reliable Wi-Fi and ability to work remotely
- Access to transportation for occasional in-person content capture
- Familiarity with Google Workspace
- Experience with ClickUp or similar tools is a plus
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Compensation$40,000 – $45,000 annually (pro-rated based on part-time contract scope)
Additional Notes- Occasional evening or weekend availability may be required based on events
