Position Overview
Evexia Metabolic Health and Longevity Clinic is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and growth-driven Social Media Coordinator to help build and expand our digital presence. This role is responsible for executing content, engaging with our audience, and driving awareness of our clinic’s mission, services, and patient success stories.
The ideal candidate understands how to blend creativity with strategy—producing high-quality content while tracking performance and continuously optimizing for growth.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Execution
- Capture and edit high-quality photo and video content within the clinic
- Create and publish content across Evexia’s social media platforms (Instagram, etc.)
- Assist in developing engaging, educational, and visually aligned content with the Evexia brand
- Work directly with Dr. Roetman on scripting, filming, and refining video content
- You will be expected to hit deliverables each week including posts, stories, engagements, and more
Social Media Management & Engagement
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Engage with followers and build relationships with the online community
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice across all platforms
Strategy & Growth
- Develop and execute social media campaigns to attract new followers and potential patients
- Identify trends, content opportunities, and platform updates to stay ahead of competitors
- Collaborate on ideas to increase reach, engagement, and conversion into clinic visits
Analytics & Optimization
- Track key performance metrics (views, engagement, follower growth, etc.)
- Provide regular insights and recommendations based on performance data
- Continuously refine content strategy based on what is working
Deliverables
Content Planning & Creative Direction
- Collaborate weekly on content strategy and messaging
- Maintain a rolling 2–4 week content calendar
- Bring your own creative ideas, insights, and growth strategies to the table
Content Creation
- 2–3 reels per week (educational, story-driven, authority-building)
- 1–2 carousel posts per week (clean, saveable, educational)
- Stories 3–5 days/week (behind-the-scenes, reposts, light engagement)
Filming (Thursdays – In Person)
- Batch film content in clinic
- Help guide video structure, hooks, and delivery
Editing & Posting
- Edit reels with a clean, professional style
- Write captions aligned with our voice
- Schedule and post content consistently
- Post about our brand affiliates
Optimization & Growth
- Track performance (saves, shares, reach)
- Identify what’s working and proactively suggest improvements
- Contribute ideas to help grow the Evexia brand and audience
Qualifications
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar)
- Eye for design, branding, and aesthetic consistency
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to take initiative and generate creative ideas independently
- Interest in health, fitness, or wellness is highly preferred
Schedule
This is a part-time position structured around the consistent completion of weekly deliverables, rather than fixed hourly requirements.
You are expected to work both in-office and remotely, with a hybrid schedule designed to support collaboration and content creation.
In-Office Requirements
- Mondays: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM (team meeting)
- Thursdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (content planning, filming, and collaboration with provider)
Remote Work
- All remaining responsibilities (editing, posting, planning) may be completed remotely
- Flexible scheduling is permitted, provided all weekly deliverables are completed on time and to standard
Project Based Fee
- $1,400/month ($700 biweekly)
