We are looking for a talented Social Media Specialist to lead the creation and management of organic social media campaigns for a prominent healthcare organization. In this role, you will craft engaging, compliant content that aligns with healthcare regulations while ensuring consistency across social platforms. This is a long-term contract position based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on brand visibility within the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute organic social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create compelling and compliant content tailored to platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Manage social media scheduling and publishing using tools like Sprout Social, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed about healthcare regulations to ensure all social media activities meet compliance standards.
• Conduct keyword research and implement basic SEO tactics to improve content visibility.
• Coordinate social media campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
• Respond to audience interactions and inquiries to maintain a positive online presence.
• Identify emerging trends and best practices in social media to keep strategies innovative.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or strategy.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Sprout Social, SEMrush, and Hootsuite.
• Strong knowledge of social media best practices and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to create engaging and compliant content for diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and their application in social media campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
