Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with operational teams to strategize responses to organizational needs and opportunities.
• Create and refine proposal materials, including firm profiles, resumes, and project summaries.
• Edit content to ensure it is accurate, high-quality, and engaging.
• Design visually appealing responses by converting narrative-heavy text into graphical formats.
• Assist in preparing teams for client presentations to enhance delivery and impact.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Support email marketing campaigns to effectively reach target audiences.
• Manage event logistics and ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to boost engagement and brand presence.
• Execute direct marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Proficiency in managing email campaigns and direct marketing initiatives.
• Strong skills in event coordination and handling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and strategies for audience engagement.
• Ability to create and edit high-quality marketing materials.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop visually compelling content.
• Proven ability to perform market research and analyze findings effectively.
