• Act as a key support to the Hiring Manager, playing a critical role within the franchise
• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume category that requires prior experience (2+ years) in beauty marketing, ideally within a global organization
• Take ownership of projects from initial concept through to final execution and launch
• Manage timelines, oversee artwork development, and collaborate closely with campaign and brand teams to drive projects forward
• Contribute to concept development while leveraging data for analysis, reporting, and presentations
• Confidently present ideas and work, with a willingness to continuously improve in this area
• Support packaging design and development processes
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends, especially within beauty and social media

Job Summary:
Manage and own a portfolio of projects with end-to-end accountability. Responsible for launching new initiatives and ensuring effective management of the overall portfolio.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with internal teams to develop category plans
• Collect insights including consumer, market, competitor, and influencer data to drive growth strategies
• Manage portfolio with end-to-end accountability
• Drive creative and innovative concepts that target consumer insights, address business needs, and align with brand guidelines
• Concept development: Generate ideas and write creative concepts for new offerings. Incorporate trends, data, and consumer insights to create meaningful and innovative positioning aligned with business needs and brand equity. Stay up to date on latest trends, advertising, and insights across platforms (e.g., social media, trend platforms, etc.)
• Identify gaps based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends aligned with brand identity
• Ensure feasibility and profitability of initiatives
• Create vision for packaging/design and work with creative teams on development. Oversee artwork process including reviewing and approving all deliverables
• Manage end-to-end launch (insights, formulation direction, packaging design, artwork, merchandising, launch strategy, etc.) and ensure full 360° execution
• Work with regional teams to ensure initiatives are relevant locally
• Gather feedback from regions and key markets to support development of concepts and briefs
• Support meeting preparation including strategic and business presentations
• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams through regular communication
• Create required internal documentation and codes for new initiatives
• Open/manage vendor purchase orders and team budgets
• Assess project performance using data and analytics
• Manage end-to-end claims/validation processes
• Work with campaign and content teams to:
• Create integrated briefs for activation assets
• Drive overall content production
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines
• Oversee always-on content creation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, packaging, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth execution from kickoff through launch
• Monitor performance and growth throughout the year using market and regional data
• Manage both new initiatives and core portfolio support strategies
• Track project progress, mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise
• Identify opportunities to refresh offerings and maintain competitive edge

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of relevant experience in marketing (global exposure preferred) or product management
