Membership will remain intentionally limited, prioritizing atmosphere, connection, and emotional experience over scale.
Currently in development, Fuerte is focused on building its founding community prior to opening — shaping relationships, culture, and anticipation before the physical space exists.
The Role
Fuerte is seeking a founding collaborator to help build and nurture the club’s early community alongside the founder.
This role is not only traditional social media management. It focuses on cultivating connection, storytelling, and member anticipation — helping people feel part of Fuerte before doors open.
You will help translate the vision of the club into experiences, conversations, and digital presence that feel intimate, elevated, and intentional.
Responsibilities
• Help build and grow FUERTE’s founding community prior to launch
• Develop storytelling and content that communicates the club’s lifestyle and philosophy
• Manage early member interactions across digital platforms
• Support creation of waitlist and membership anticipation strategies
• Identify opportunities for small-scale community touchpoints and events
• Collaborate closely with the founder on tone, culture, and experience vision
• Maintain a hospitality-driven voice across all interactions
Ideal Background
• Experience in wellness, boutique fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle communities
• Strong interpersonal and storytelling instincts
• Comfortable building something from zero
• Understanding of elevated hospitality and discretion
• Interest in community-led brand building
