Senior Paid Social Media Strategist
We're seeking a creative and analytical Senior Paid Social Media Strategist to join our remote team.
In this role, you'll manage high-value client accounts with monthly budgets ranging from $50,000 to $200,000+, focusing on performance marketing and strategic growth for innovative health brands.
Core Responsibilities
* Manage and optimize large-scale paid social media campaigns, with a focus on Meta platforms
* Lead client relationships, including strategic planning, kickoff meetings, and regular performance reviews
* Create and execute comprehensive ad strategies from conception through analysis
* Develop data-driven optimization strategies to achieve client KPIs and growth targets
* Collaborate with creative teams on asset development and campaign innovation
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and competitor activities
* Conduct regular account audits and funnel optimization
* Stay current with platform updates, industry trends, and best practices in digital advertising
Qualifications
* 5-6+ years experience in paid social media advertising or performance marketing
* Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager
* Proven track record managing and growing monthly media budgets of $50,000+
* Strong analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CPA)
* Excellence in client communication and relationship management
* Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies
* BA/BS degree
