A well-known fashion brand is seeking a Freelance Technical Designer to support their team on sweaters, wovens (basic to structured), and some cut & sew knits. This is an onsite opportunity in Downtown Los Angeles with an ASAP start.
Responsibilities:
• Support technical design across sweaters, wovens, and cut & sew knits
• Update tech packs, measurements, and construction details
• Participate in fit sessions and provide clear, actionable feedback
• Partner with Design, Production, and Pattern teams to ensure fit accuracy
• Track sample revisions through development and production
• Support quality and consistency through final approvals
Qualifications:
• Experience in technical design within sweaters, wovens, and cut & sew knits
• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and grading
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Comfortable working fully onsite in Downtown LA
