Job Description
Our client is looking for a
Junior Digital Graphic Designer to create polished, on-brand creative across email, web, and social—plus occasional in-store graphics and print materials. You’ll work within established templates and brand guidelines while also developing fresh design concepts that engage customers and support marketing goals. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail, strong production skills, and can confidently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- This is a part-time remote freelance role
What You’ll Do
- Design and produce email creative, web assets, and social media content (organic and promotional)
- Create and update in-store graphics and print materials as needed (signage, inserts, retail collateral, etc.)
- Work within existing templates while evolving layouts and creating new designs that stay on-brand
- Prepare production-ready files for both digital and print, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional partners to align creative with campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of graphic design experience
- Experience working within a corporate fashion, beauty, or consumer products company is required
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design for email/web/social and solid typography/layout skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; Figma experience a plus
- Detail-oriented with excellent file organization and production best practices
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work within deadlines
