Position Summary:
410 Medical is seeking a part-time Marketing Assistant to manage our marketing
inventory and support distribution operations. This hands-on role involves maintaining
our supply room, coordinating with vendors, and shipping marketing materials and demo
units to customers and sales representatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized,
detail-oriented, and able to work independently during morning hours. This position is
part-time with an expectation to work 3 days per week for approximately 10-15 hours per
week.
Responsibilities
Inventory and Supply Management
- Manage and maintain the marketing supply room and inventory system
- Track stock levels of print materials, promotional giveaways, company swag, Go Live boxes, and building demos
- Process and fulfill demo request forms
- Ensure storage room remains organized and properly stocked
Vendor Relations and Logistics
- Interface with vendors to order marketing materials and supplies
- Coordinate supplier pickups and deliveries
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely fulfillment
Shipping and Distribution
- Box and ship marketing supplies, demo units, and materials to customers and sales representatives
- Prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain shipping records and tracking information
Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management preferred
- Ability to lift and move boxes/supplies
- Comfortable working independently
- Reliable morning availability (flexible schedule within morning hours)
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
