The Role
We’re looking for a part-time Graphic Designer with social media savvy to support our growing brand across email, social, and web. This role blends creative execution with hands-on support—perfect for someone who enjoys both design work and being part of a small, collaborative team.
You’ll help bring campaigns to life visually, keep our digital channels fresh, and occasionally support in-office tasks like assembling and sending sample packs to partners and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Design creative assets for email marketing campaigns, promotions, and seasonal launches
Create and adapt content for social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Support website updates (graphics, banners, light content edits)
Maintain visual consistency across brand touchpoints
Assist in-office with assembling and shipping sample packs as needed
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team on campaign execution and timelines
Qualifications
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Comfortable designing in Canva for quick-turn content
Strong visual design skills with an eye for brand consistency
Social-media-savvy and familiar with creating content optimized for different platforms
Organized, reliable, and comfortable juggling multiple small projects
Able to work in-office at our Garner location and occasionally our RTP workspace. (Required.)
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
Experience with HubSpot (email, CMS, or marketing tools)
Experience with print design projects
