Product Manager - Digital Marketing
Optomi, in partnership with a leading financial services company, is looking for a Product Manager - Digital Marketing to join their team in Fort Worth, TX.
The Product Manager for Digital Marketing will drive the company’s strategic initiatives by aligning digital marketing product offerings with measurable client and business outcomes. This role will involve managing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lead generation tools, and the public website CMS. The Product Manager will craft actionable product strategies, collaborate with leadership and stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of digital solutions that meet client needs. The position requires a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, organic environment and can build strong relationships across teams.
Location: Hybrid in Dallas, TX (Onsite T, W, Th)
Type: W2 / 6 month Contract-to-Hire
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience, including full product lifecycle management
- 5+ years of digital marketing industry experience
- Familiarity with marketing platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or HubSpot
- Experience working in Agile frameworks, including Scrum
- Strategic thinking and ability to align product strategy with business goals
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CMS solutions and marketing insights/analytics tools
- Ability to conduct market, competitor, and customer research
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with financial services industry
- Experience with military-related products or services
- Understanding of annuities and investment accounts
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain an actionable product strategy and roadmap aligned with business outcomes
- Collaborate with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative digital marketing solutions
- Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions
- Manage the modernization of the company’s CMS and digital marketing platforms
- Support demand generation, cross-selling, and campaign/journey solutions
- Measure and monitor product performance and client satisfaction metrics
- Act as a strategic leader and influencer within the organization
