We sell cool sh*t online for houses and are looking for someone to add to our online marketing team. When you read the responsibilities below you don't have to know how to do all of them. What you lack in skills we will teach you but we expect you to make up for them with enthusiasm and bravado.
Here's the thing... we are experiencing explosive growth and we need A players. You can be part of something truly epic here.
Responsibilities (without the boring corporate jargon)
- Develop campaigns - What's that mean? Web pages, copy, content, videos and ads that all work together to produce sales.
- Our 1 Requirement - You slay at creating video content already. We can't teach taste and we can't teach hustle.
- Create and test ads on Meta
- Develop our Pinterest strategy and implement it
- Work with our IT department (2 guys) to implement an AI chat bot
- Design visually appealing graphics. Canva or Adobe works... possibly even fiverr
- Produce and edit videos for social media marketing, product launches, or promotional campaigns
- Edit and send our newsletters
Experience
- Hustle and Passion Required.
- Video editing skills required.
- Degrees - not required. Everything else here is a plus.
- Content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work across multiple channels.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics.
- Experience producing multimedia content including photography, videography, and video editing for social media or marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and social media marketing strategies to grow audience engagement organically and through paid campaigns.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail environments is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
