About the RoleWe’re seeking a creative and highly organized Community Manager to support our Director of Digital in developing and executing social media strategies for multiple beauty brands. This role is perfect for a digital innovator with strong knowledge of social platforms (especially Instagram), a passion for beauty and lifestyle, and a proven ability to manage online communities and content calendars in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Management, Strategy & Development
Manage and forecast social strategy, including calendars, launch plans, and monthly analytics.
Act as editor for all owned social content before Director of Digital review.
Develop and execute influencer and advocacy strategies.
Research, pitch, and lead brand collaboration campaigns.
Create and submit content briefs and ensure high-quality execution.
Community Management
Oversee and manage the brand’s Sprinklr account, allocating cases appropriately.
Write and edit Instagram content for multiple beauty brands.
Engage with audiences and source user-generated content (UGC).
Stay fluent in each brand’s tone of voice and social style.
Provide insights and recommendations based on consumer trends and feedback.
Identify and research new creators aligned with brand values.
Support trend tracking and social reporting for the digital team.
Monitor and escalate critical customer concerns as needed.
Stay updated on emerging platforms, tools, and social best practices.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required.
3–5 years of social media or digital marketing experience.
Strong organizational and writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in corporate environments and fast-paced teams.
Proficiency in social tools and software: Sprinklr, Dash Hudson, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Interest in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries preferred.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends, when needed.
