About The Role
As the
Digital Marketing Specialist – Creator Collective & Affiliate, you’ll recruit, onboard, and engage high-performing creators and affiliate partners, helping drive incremental sales and expand Etsy’s presence across key global markets.
You’ll collaborate closely with Paid Social, Merchandising, Brand, Analytics, Legal, and international teams to deliver creator-led content, optimize partner performance, and support multi-channel marketing initiatives. A strong background in affiliate marketing, paid social, attribution, and influencer ecosystems is required (3–5 years).
What You’ll Do
Creator Collective (Direct Program)
- Recruit and onboard high-quality creators in the U.S. and international markets.
- Partner with Merch and Paid Social teams to surface insights, validate personalization strategies, and support international expansion.
- Work with agency partners to identify top-performing creator leads.
- Coordinate cross-functional involvement for multi-channel campaigns (Direct, Indirect, Paid).
- Participate in full-funnel marketing moments and campaign planning.
Indirect Creator Program
- Support the Indirect Program Lead in evaluating new influencer network opportunities.
- Manage creator communication and track gift card redemptions/purchases.
- Execute incentives, placements, and coupon code distribution across networks (LTK, ShopMy, Collective Voice, YouTube Shopping, etc.).
- Submit creative requests to Brand Design when needed.
Affiliate Program
- Source content from Mass Media Partners for Paid Social.
- Support giveaway and contest management (e.g., Mother’s Day, Holiday campaigns).
Analytics, Legal & Braze Support
- Liaise with Analytics and Legal teams to prioritize needs across programs.
- Coordinate monthly email calendar alignment with internal partners.
- Assist in audience building and campaign setup in Braze.
- Review email previews prior to deployment.
Paid Social Collaboration
- Source and cast creators for TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Meta ads.
- Vet creators based on data, trends, and platform insights.
- Manage relationships through outreach, briefing, negotiation, contracts, and gifting.
- Align with Paid Social on quarterly content needs and campaign planning.
- Develop relationships with creators in key international markets.
- Support content sourcing and Partner Hub execution.
About You
- 3–5+ years experience in affiliate marketing, paid social, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships.
- Deep understanding of attribution, affiliate networks, and creator performance metrics.
- Strong communicator with experience working cross-functionally.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple partners and campaigns.
- Passion for creator ecosystems, social media culture, and emerging trends.
