Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Campaign Manager / Producer to join our team and lead campaign execution for a prominent financial services client. This individual will drive the planning and oversight of marketing campaigns across multiple channels and formats, ensuring projects are executed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

As a strategic partner, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, creative, and production teams, serving as a key liaison throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will balance business goals with creative execution, supporting both strategic alignment and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end campaign development, including timelines, deliverables, and execution.
Create detailed project plans and schedules; provide consistent status updates.
Collaborate with strategy teams to implement multi-channel, coordinated campaigns based on marketing objectives.
Work closely with creative, capabilities, and execution teams to ensure campaigns align with briefs and meet business requirements.
Oversee production readiness by compiling and managing all necessary requirements and assets.
Facilitate smooth communication and collaboration among internal and external stakeholders.
Handle multiple projects concurrently while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Stay informed on internal and external factors impacting campaign performance and the broader marketing landscape.

Qualifications

Several years of relevant experience in campaign/project management, preferably within financial services or a regulated industry.
Strong expertise in digital marketing and marketing automation platforms.
Proven experience managing both B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; ability to prioritize effectively under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills; capable of managing relationships across teams and levels.
Adept at problem-solving and identifying proactive solutions to campaign challenges.
Deep understanding of current marketing trends and digital best practices.
