Job Title: Graphic Designer - Research Community Initiatives

Workplace: Hybrid; Once per week
Duration: 18months
- As a Graphic Designer at MS Research Community Initiatives, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs for digital platforms and in-person experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative design deliverables and ensure consistency in visual identity across all projects.
Role Summary: This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment within MS Research, collaborating with researchers and being a part of a global team.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Design & Production: Create graphic art production and design for various projects.
- Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with Program Managers for input and feedback.
- Visual Identity Consistency: Maintain MS Research's visual identity.
- Alignment: Collaborate with the Design Lead to ensure alignment with visual identity guidelines.
MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of graphic design experience
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
- Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in academic research communities
- Knowledge of motion graphics or video editing
- Work experience in a large tech or research organization
