Overview:

Ambient Vibes Music is seeking a creative and results-driven Freelance Marketing and Branding Specialist to assist in the successful launch of new songs and projects. This role is ideal for someone passionate about the music industry who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with our mission of empowering diverse voices and original artistry.

We cultivate originality and diversity through our comprehensive music production, mixing, mastering, marketing, and artist development services, ensuring each artist's vision is realized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Marketing Strategy Development:

- Create tailored marketing strategies for the launch of new songs and projects.

- Collaborate with artists to ensure marketing plans align with their brand identity and creative vision.

- Develop timelines and promotional roadmaps for song releases and album drops.

- Brand Development:

- Work with artists to define or refine their brand, ensuring consistency across platforms.

- Assist with the creation of visual and written brand materials (logos, bios, press kits).

- Ensure all branding efforts reflect Ambient Vibes Music’s mission of celebrating diversity and originality.

- Social Media Management:

- Develop and manage social media campaigns to promote upcoming releases, increasing visibility and engagement.

- Create and schedule content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.

- Engage with fans and followers to build a strong online presence for both the artist and Ambient Vibes Music.

- Press & Public Relations:

- Create and distribute press releases to relevant media outlets, blogs, and influencers.

- Identify and build relationships with press contacts and music influencers to secure features, interviews, and reviews.

- Analytics and Reporting:

- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular updates to the artist and Ambient Vibes Music team.

- Adjust strategies based on performance data to optimize reach and engagement.

Requirements:

- 4 years of proven experience in music marketing, branding, and artist promotion.

- Strong understanding of the music industry, including digital marketing trends and platforms.

- Excellent communication and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with the unique challenges of launching music projects in various genres and demographics.

- Passion for working with diverse and original artists, with a commitment to promoting underrepresented voices.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with indie artists and smaller labels.

- Strong knowledge of digital tools and platforms, including social media scheduling software and email marketing tools.

- Creative and innovative thinking with an ability to develop unique marketing strategies for each project.
