Our client is seeking a Lead UX/UI Product Designer to help design and enhance an agentic AI platform that provides insurance agents with a centralized experience for accessing tools, information, and insights. By integrating data across multiple systems and leveraging AI, the platform enables agents to work more efficiently, better understand their clients and business, and focus on delivering exceptional service.
As a contract Lead Product Designer, you will set the design direction and quality standards for a cross-functional squad and its roadmap. As a senior individual contributor, you will shape key platform experiences, oversee design quality, and deliver prototypes using AI-assisted design tools and a Figma-based enterprise design system. Reporting to the Director of Product Design, you will partner with Product, Engineering, and Implementation leaders in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment to influence the roadmap, align stakeholders, and mentor design peers. You will remain hands-on through development and QA to ensure the final product aligns with design intent, delivers a consistent experience across web and/or mobile, and simplifies complex user workflows.
