About Devotion

Devotion builds and operates large-scale creator ecosystems for the world’s most ambitious consumer brands. Featured in Vogue as the company built for the post-follower era, we combine a proprietary AI platform, agentic workflow infrastructure, and deep brand and cultural expertise to run ambassador programs, gifting engines, incentive frameworks, and community infrastructure to 10x the amount of creator content our clients can produce without compromising brand safety or quality.

Founded by former TikTok executive Jonathan Kroopf and Parade founder Cami Téllez, Devotion has generated over a billion impressions, engaged tens of thousands of creators, and reached seven-figure revenue. We’re backed by top-tier venture investors and founders from Away, Ramp, and Twitch.

The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer on a part-time contract (~20 hours/week) to own design across the Devotion platform, from the creator-facing experience to the internal tools that power our programs.

You’ll work at the intersection of product design, creator experience, and AI-enabled workflows, partnering closely with product and engineering to turn rough ideas into shipped UX. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and a direct line to the people building the product.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design for core platform flows, including creator onboarding, gifting, challenges, and brand-facing views

• Turn rough product ideas into shipped UX quickly, from flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes

• Design internal tools that let a small team run programs for tens of thousands of creators

• Build and maintain a lightweight design system so engineering can move without waiting on design

• Work hands-on with engineers through build and QA

• Help shape AI-native workflows across the product, including how creators and internal teams interact with AI-powered features

• Bring creator and client feedback into the design process to improve product, workflows, and community experience

Who You Are

• 6+ years in product design, with shipped work at a startup or fast-moving team

• A portfolio that shows both polished consumer UI and complex, data-heavy tools

• Strong in Figma, and comfortable prototyping and working directly with engineers

• Self-directed: you can take a loose brief and run with it on ~20 hours a week

• Sharp product instincts: you push back, simplify, and care about the why, not just the how

• Comfortable using AI tools to move faster and improve your workflow

• Experience with creator, social, or marketing products, or with designing AI-powered features, is a plus

Why Join Devotion

• Help define a new model for community-driven growth at the intersection of creators, AI, and consumer brands

• Work directly with founders who helped build TikTok’s creator ecosystem and a $100M consumer brand

• Own design for a platform used by thousands of creators and the brands we partner with

• Help build the design systems, workflows, and AI infrastructure powering the next generation of creator communities

Part-time contract (~20 hrs/week), starting ASAP with opportunity to convert to FT. Compensation commensurate with experience.

Looking for candidates in NYC (hybrid, 2 days/week in office).
