Job Description
Shine Blume Creative is looking for a Social Media Coordinator who is passionate about storytelling, stays ahead of digital trends, and loves bringing brands to life online. If you have a talent for creating compelling content and can juggle multiple platforms with ease, we would love to connect.
Responsibilities Include
- Creating content calendars for clients across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Scheduling posts and managing publishing timelines.
- Engaging directly with audiences through comments, likes, DMs, and shares.
- Designing graphics in Canva.
- Shooting and creating short‑form video content for social media.

We’re looking for someone who understands what makes content perform, keeps up with social media trends, and brings a sharp, creative mindset to digital storytelling. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay organized, and enjoy creating content that truly connects.
You Should Bring
- A strong understanding of what makes content perform on social media platforms.
- Familiarity with current social media trends and algorithm updates.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and engaging short‑form copy.
- Comfort with graphic design and video editing using Canva and Instagram editing tools.
- Skill in shooting and editing short‑form video on an iPhone.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.
- A collaborative, creative mindset with a passion for digital storytelling.
NOTE: Candidates are responsible for any visa-related expenses associated with their participation. The internship start date and duration are flexible and will be determined based on mutual agreement.
