What you’ll do
- Create infographics, whitepapers, newsletters, presentations and web content, all WCAG accessible
- Build user guides, training materials and knowledge base content for an enterprise platform
- Manage SharePoint and Smartsheet libraries and lead a large digitization effort
- Prepare compliance and funding documents for state and federal review
- Partner with PMO, developers, QA, finance and program leaders
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Information Systems or similar
- 7+ years in writing, editing and documentation
- 5+ years in graphic design or digital media
- 5+ years on technology implementation or IT projects
- Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Confluence
- Working knowledge of UX and WCAG
Bonus points: experience in government, healthcare, human services, education, nonprofit or other regulated industries
