Role : AI Agentic Workflow - Design

Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience; familiarity with Jira, GitHub, unit testing, API testing, secure coding practices, monitoring via Datadog and Grafana, and strong debugging skills.
- Designs intuitive, user-centered AI-powered workflows, copilots and conversational interfaces that blend human decision-making with intelligent automation, simplifying complex financial and operational concepts into approachable enterprise experiences.
- Partners closely with PMs and Engineering; works alongside the Design Lead on AI, who also conducts Round 1 interviews and sets the design standard.
Expectation
- Seniority & experience: Staff/Principal caliber (equivalent to Amazon L6/L7); demonstrated success leading digital customer experience initiatives in complex SaaS or Fintech.
- Portfolio: A clear, accessible portfolio URL is strictly required; resumes without one will not be reviewed.
- Case study quality: Must show deep, enterprise-grade problem-solving — not entry-level or academic project work.
- Aesthetic integrity: Case studies must demonstrate a highly refined visual aesthetic befitting enterprise-tier global brands: mastery of color, typography, layout and iconography.
- Prototyping depth: No bare-bones prototypes; embedded prototypes must have substantial depth and clearly communicate functionality at every step.
