Job Description:
- We're looking for someone with either more focus on digital product and modern AI, or if they showcase brand work, demonstrate a strong aesthetic and taste.
An AI Product Designer shapes human-AI interactions, designs adaptive system behaviors, and builds trustworthy user interfaces for artificial intelligence applications. They bridge complex machine learning capabilities with intuitive user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Human-AI Workflows: Define how users collaborate with autonomous agents, prompts, and machine learning outputs.
- Trust & Transparency: Design explicit mechanisms for system uncertainty, error states, and accuracy verification.
- Prototyping: Build rapid interactive mockups and test flows using modern tools like Figma and AI-assisted design apps.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with engineers, product managers, and data scientists to align technical limits with user needs.
- User Research: Conduct usability studies and stress-test features against edge cases or model biases.
Core Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in product design, UX, or interaction design focusing on complex SaaS or technical B2B platforms.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of AI models, agentic behaviors, and design system architecture.
- Tool Proficiency: Mastery of Figma alongside modern generative and design-to-code workflows
