Compensation Range: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour W2
Act as the strategic bridge between top-tier external agencies and a globally renowned environmental non-profit! This long-term contract opportunity invites a collaborative media operator to build scalable infrastructure, drive member conversion, and maximize multi-channel campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end paid media operations, trafficking workflows, and tracking setups across multi-channel initiatives to ensure seamless execution and data integrity.
- Coordinate agency partners and cross-functional teams across creative, analytics, web, and email to streamline deliverable schedules and shared resources.
- Maintain centralized operational systems, naming conventions, asset trackers, and budget management to safeguard campaign quality and alignment.
- Analyze performance reporting, audience research, brand-lift studies, and channel trends to deliver actionable optimization insights.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of hands-on paid media or digital marketing experience within a agency setting or at a large non-profit managing external agency partners.
- Proven track record executing omnichannel campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, Google Search/GDN, Reddit, OTT/CTV, and podcasts.
- Proficiency in project management platforms like Asana, budget tracking systems, and audience upload processes.
- Bachelor's degree with exceptional organizational and cross-functional communication skills in a matrixed remote environment.
- Must use own equipment/laptop/desktop.
