Please note that this is a contract role providing services to Microsoft through external staffing partners of Allegis Global Solutions. If you are selected for this role, you will be employed by AGS and will not be an employee of Microsoft.
Summary
We are seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Campaign Manager to serve as the connective tissue between partnership marketing, content, communications, field marketing, creators, paid media, sales teams, agencies and Premier League stakeholders. This is a rare opportunity to work at the intersection of enterprise technology, world-class sport, fandom, media and commercial storytelling — owning an integrated campaign and story engine that transforms technology proof points, product launches and customer stories into high-impact marketing moments. The successful candidate will build and execute a fandom-led campaign programme that delivers measurable outcomes across consumer, commercial, creator, social, sales and executive audiences, while maximizing the value of one of Microsoft's most strategically significant partnerships.
Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a campaign roadmap aligned to technology implementations, product launches, customer stories, case studies, research reports and executive thought leadership opportunities.
- Translate technology proof points and partnership proof points into marketable stories, integrated campaign ideas and always-on content moments.
- Develop fan-first narratives that connect technology innovation with Premier League audiences in a way that feels relevant, credible and culturally compelling.
- Create integrated marketing plans spanning owned channels, partner channels, creators, influencers, social platforms, executive platforms and partner ecosystems.
- Lead campaign execution from briefing through launch, optimization and performance reporting.
- Coordinate agencies, creative teams, production partners, internal stakeholders and Premier League counterparts to keep work moving at pace.
- Manage approvals, timelines, production schedules, dependencies and delivery milestones across all active campaigns.
- Own the development and governance of campaign assets, videos, social content, customer stories, showcases, event materials and demonstration content.
- Maintain a clear repository of approved materials including stills, video, social assets, proof points, case studies and campaign integration assets.
- Create repeatable asset frameworks that can be reused across campaigns, events, sales conversations and internal storytelling.
- Partner with marketing insights teams to measure campaign effectiveness, analyze audience engagement, assess content performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Build learning loops across campaign activity to understand which stories, channels, formats and audiences drive the strongest outcomes.
- Maximize utilization of partnership rights, assets and channels across Microsoft marketing initiatives.
- Own and evolve the go-to-market toolkit, ensuring customer-facing teams have the materials needed to activate the partnership with confidence.
- Develop and maintain customer-facing talk tracks, executive presentation materials, showcase narratives, technology proof points, approved imagery and field marketing activation guides.
- Drive adoption of toolkit materials across sales, field and partner marketing teams and improve their usefulness over time.
- Work across internal teams, external stakeholders, agencies, production partners, creators and vendors to drive alignment across complex workstreams.
- Influence without authority across a matrixed environment, helping teams make decisions and move work forward efficiently.
