Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design experience for an enterprise-grade Recruiter Portal. In this role, you will design intelligent, data-rich dashboards and AI-transparent workflows that empower recruiters to make faster, higher-quality hiring decisions. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders, product teams, and talent acquisition SMEs to build cohesive, accessible design patterns aligned with modern design systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead UX design for key portal features including action queues, candidate health dashboards, and recruiter performance analytics.
- Craft intuitive UI patterns that surface complex AI match recommendations, skill gaps, and confidence scores clearly and transparently.
- Produce lo-fi wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity Figma specs for front-end development teams.
- Build and scale component libraries within Figma to ensure system-wide design consistency and full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.
Qualifications
5+ years of user-centered UI/UX product design experience, with at least 2 years focused on enterprise platforms or data-intensive software.
Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, auto-layout, and developer handoff workflows.
Strong working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA web accessibility guidelines and inclusive design practices.
A strong portfolio demonstrating complex systems design and AI-augmented or data-dense interface solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with HR domain software, ATS platforms, or recruiter workflow tools.
Experience designing UI elements for React or VueJS component libraries.
Experience facilitating co-design sessions and design reviews with technical and business stakeholders.
