Role Description The Technical Writer role is a contract, remote position that requires an in-person interview as part of the selection process. In this role, the Technical Writer will create, edit, and maintain clear and accurate technical documentation for software solutions, business processes, and internal and external stakeholders. Typical responsibilities include gathering information from subject matter experts, translating complex concepts into user-friendly content, and producing manuals, guides, and standard operating procedures. The individual will collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to ensure documentation aligns with project requirements and client standards, and will continuously update materials as systems and processes evolve.
