This full-time position offers a salary of $50,000.00 a year plus full benefits – and opportunity for growth as the company expands.

Please note: It’s required that candidates are local to the Atlanta area. However, remote work is completely flexible. Many employees are working remotely, but everyone has the option to utilize the office as they need/prefer.

About the Role

This position provides an opportunity to join a culturally laid-back (but very busy!) digital marketing company. We’re looking for a Junior SEO Content Writer to join our SEO/Content team. This is a writing and production-heavy role focused primarily on creating high-quality website content for our clients.

A large portion of our client work is in orthodontics and other healthcare-related industries (as well as home services and legal), so you’ll spend a meaningful amount of time researching and writing about topics such as treatments, procedures, patient questions, and services. You’ll write website pages and blog content designed to be useful to real people while supporting our client’s organic search visibility.

This is not primarily a social media role. While you’ll have opportunities to contribute to social media, paid advertising, AI visibility, and other marketing initiatives, the core of this position is writing, editing, research, and content production.

If you enjoy writing, learning about new subjects, turning research into clear and useful content, and improving your work through feedback, this could be a great opportunity to grow into a broader digital marketing role.

About the Company

If you want to learn, grow, work hard, and build a career in digital marketing, Brain Bytes Creative is a place where you can do exactly that. We give employees the opportunity to help shape the agency, own and drive results that matter, bring their whole selves to work, and create a better future for themselves and our clients.

We work hard to attract the right people and create an environment where employees have the freedom to pursue their interests outside of work, travel, have fun together, and work in ways that fit their lives. We believe in sharing the mental load, helping each other succeed, and giving people the freedom to try new things, take big risks, and occasionally fail spectacularly.

But freedom comes with responsibility. To succeed at Brain Bytes, you need an entrepreneurial mindset, work hard AF, and have a willingness to take ownership of your work. The people who thrive here are gritty, transparent, curious, collaborative, and genuinely focused on the results that matter most.

We're a busy agency, and we expect people to work hard. We're also serious about helping people grow. You'll have the opportunity to build deep expertise in your area while learning how your work connects to the larger picture of digital marketing, client strategy, and business results.
