Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Content & Lifecycle Brand Marketing Manager to lead and manage our content across email and social media platforms. This role is pivotal in driving our brand's message, engaging our audience, and ensuring consistent and impactful communication. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in analytics, branding, CRM, lead scoring, data mining, data cleaning, list segmentation, social media management, brand books, style guides, content creation, and graphic design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute content strategies for email and social media that align with our brand objectives and target audience.
- Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple platforms, including email campaigns, social media posts, blogs, and other marketing materials.
- Utilize CRM tools to segment lists, score leads, and tailor content to specific audience segments.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform content strategies and improve campaign performance.
- Maintain and update brand books and style guides to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Design visually appealing graphics and marketing materials that adhere to brand guidelines.
- Implement data mining and data cleaning techniques to enhance the quality and accuracy of marketing databases.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, and brand management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Expertise in graphic design and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of lead scoring, data mining, data cleaning, and list segmentation techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the proptech or real estate technology industry.
- Familiarity with content creation for a variety of formats, including video and interactive content.
