We are looking for a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator to support brand visibility and audience engagement through compelling digital content. This is a Contract position based in Manhasset, New York, ideal for someone who stays current on platform trends and knows how to turn ideas into effective social media execution. The right candidate will help shape content across channels, monitor performance, and contribute to campaigns that strengthen online presence.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and schedule engaging social media posts that align with brand goals and campaign priorities.
• Create original content for multiple platforms, including written copy, visuals, and short-form social assets.
• Manage day-to-day activity across social channels to maintain a consistent and timely online presence.
• Track emerging platform updates, audience behaviors, and industry developments to inform content strategy.
• Use social media tools to plan calendars, publish content, and monitor campaign effectiveness.
• Support the execution of social media campaigns designed to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Review performance metrics and prepare insights to help improve future content and campaign decisions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging remains accurate, relevant, and on brand.
• Experience supporting social media content development and day-to-day channel management.
• Working knowledge of major social platforms and best practices for audience engagement.
• Proficiency with social media tools used for scheduling, monitoring, and reporting.
• Familiarity with current social media trends and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
• Ability to contribute to social media campaigns from concept through execution.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and creative asset coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
