Our client, a wealth management firm, is looking for a Junior Designer (with finance experience) on a contract basis for 1 year, fully onsite in NYC!.
Responsibilities
- Design high-fidelity web banners, social media graphics, and email assets
- Translate complex financial data, market outlooks, and economic data into clean, modern, and easy-to-understand infographics.
- Update, format, and maintain existing marketing collateral, pitch books, and product materials in monthly or quarterly cadence.
- Support content and product team’s ad hoc insights by creating header image and data visualization for webpages
- Apply existing brand guidelines to stage backdrops, digital and directional signage, step-and-repeats, and custom booth layouts.
- Refine and format high-stakes PowerPoint presentations, ensuring correct use of templates, typography, and brand consistency.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably within financial services, corporate marketing, or an agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- Expert knowledge of Illustrator (vector graphics), Photoshop (image editing), and InDesign (multi-page document layout). Aftereffects, Director and other motion software a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma for layout design, prototyping, and utilizing component libraries.
- Strong organization skills with ability to manage multiple projects at once with tight and competing deadlines.
