The OpportunityWe are looking for an intellectual collaborator who can help industrialize the research and creative processes behind the portfolio.
You may have a PhD. You may have two PhDs. You may also be an exceptional autodidact.
What matters is the disposition: you want to be as smart as you possibly can be — and you want to make things with what you learn.

What You’ll DoYour first mission is helping us industrialize intellectual and creative production across the portfolio.

Your work may include:
- Researching scientific, market, cultural, linguistic, and technical questions.
- Turning messy collections of documents, conversations, and ideas into usable knowledge.
- Developing publications, research products, presentations, video, web, partner, and investor materials.
- Mapping markets, organizations, people, concepts, claims, and evidence.
- Working with specialized AI systems and agents.
- Capturing practices that work and turning them into repeatable methods.
- Helping launch experiments, products, publications, and new ventures.
The exact mixture will change. That is part of the role.
TechnologyThis is not a software-development position. You do not need to code.
You do need to understand computers, software, data, AI, and modern digital systems well enough to think with technically sophisticated people.
You do not need to arrive knowing ontology, provenance, hypergraphs, computational linguistics, or agent orchestration. But when one of those appears in a conversation, we need curiosity rather than retreat.
The technology exists to amplify the intellectual work. The intellectual work is the point.
A Useful TestSomeone says:
“I found something strange in a paper last night. It might connect to the market-intelligence work, but I think we need to understand the underlying linguistics first.”

- Hybrid, with meaningful in-person collaboration.

There is no predetermined ceiling on what the role can become.
