Enterprise Arts is an early-stage studio working across research, publishing, technology, AI, and new ventures.

Our work includes Untool.ai, Kindled, Accordant, Omnologia, SparkTorch, and a growing local publishing practice. We turn difficult ideas, research, and intellectual property into things people can understand, use, experience, and build upon.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an intellectual collaborator who can help industrialize the research and creative processes behind the portfolio.

You may have a PhD. You may have two PhDs. You may also be an exceptional autodidact.

What matters is the disposition: you want to be as smart as you possibly can be — and you want to make things with what you learn.

Research things nobody assigned you.
Enter unfamiliar domains without panicking.
Write clearly about complicated things.
Understand technology without needing to code.
Use AI extensively without confusing it with truth.
Care about evidence, sources, and how we know what we think we know.
Notice connections across disciplines.
Organize complexity without flattening it.
Learn very quickly.
Finish things.

What You’ll Do

Your first mission is helping us industrialize intellectual and creative production across the portfolio.

QUESTION → RESEARCH → EVIDENCE → KNOWLEDGE → CREATION → METHOD → REPEATABLE SYSTEM

Your work may include:

Researching scientific, market, cultural, linguistic, and technical questions.
Turning messy collections of documents, conversations, and ideas into usable knowledge.
Developing publications, research products, presentations, video, web, partner, and investor materials.
Mapping markets, organizations, people, concepts, claims, and evidence.
Working with specialized AI systems and agents.
Capturing practices that work and turning them into repeatable methods.
Helping launch experiments, products, publications, and new ventures.

The exact mixture will change. That is part of the role.

Technology

This is not a software-development position. You do not need to code.

You do need to understand computers, software, data, AI, and modern digital systems well enough to think with technically sophisticated people.

You do not need to arrive knowing ontology, provenance, hypergraphs, computational linguistics, or agent orchestration. But when one of those appears in a conversation, we need curiosity rather than retreat.

The technology exists to amplify the intellectual work. The intellectual work is the point.

A Useful Test

Someone says:

“I found something strange in a paper last night. It might connect to the market-intelligence work, but I think we need to understand the underlying linguistics first.”

If your reaction is “Send it to me,” we should probably talk.

The Arrangement

Paid contract role.
Greater Orlando / Central Florida.
Hybrid, with meaningful in-person collaboration.
Scope, compensation, deliverables, and terms agreed before work begins.

There is no predetermined ceiling on what the role can become.

How to Apply

Send your LinkedIn profile or résumé and answer three questions:

1. What is the last unfamiliar subject you taught yourself well enough to change a conversation?

2. What is a messy body of information or work you turned into something other people could actually use?

3. What are you fascinated by RIGHT NOW?

Include 2–3 examples of work and tell us how often you can realistically be in Central Florida.

One more thing: if your career is strange, don’t clean it up for us. The strange part may be why we want to meet you.
