Founded by an emergency physician, the organization focuses on closing care gaps when clients return home after hospitalization, surgery, or clinical treatment. The team provides highly personalized in-home support for older adults, individuals with complex medical needs, and those transitioning home, with an emphasis on communication, continuity, and accountability. Services range from aging in place and hospital-to-home transitions to dementia support, hospice care, mobility assistance, medication support, and care coordination. Elite Care Northwest also partners with families using long-term care insurance and collaborates with a wide network of healthcare and professional referral sources to deliver a higher standard of care at home.

Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Seattle, WA. The Social Media Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to highlight Elite Care Northwest’s services, values, and community impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing content calendars, writing posts, capturing or coordinating visual content, and optimizing posts for engagement and brand consistency. The role involves monitoring comments and messages, responding to inquiries in collaboration with office staff, and tracking performance metrics to refine social media strategies. The Social Media Manager will work closely with leadership to align messaging with organizational goals, support campaigns related to referrals and community outreach, and ensure all communications reflect a respectful, inclusive approach to clients and families.

Qualifications

Strong Social Media Marketing skills, including platform management and campaign execution.
Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, empathetic, and professional audience engagement.
Experience with Content Strategy and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and refine performance-driven content.
Familiarity with analytics tools to monitor social media metrics and report on key results.
Ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative teams and represent the brand professionally in the community.
Comfort working remotely in a healthcare-related environment and maintaining confidentiality and sensitivity in client-related messaging.
Prior experience in healthcare, senior care, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
Relevant education or training in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
Must be based in Seattle for local content creation.
Must have resume and portfolio of work.
