Frame – Content Producer Position
Capture, edit, and post Frame's story. Frame is a leading accelerator in San Francisco for the next big content creators, educators, communicators, marketeers shaping the conversation around AI, the most transformative technology of our time.
About Frame
Frame bets on promising communicators. We help amplify their reach to millions, connect them to funding and partnerships, and establish their path as leading voices on AI.
Fellows spend 10 weeks in San Francisco in the heart of the AI ecosystem. They get a stipend, housing, mentorship from leading creators, and direct access to the researchers and organizations shaping AI.
Past fellows have collected millions of views, been covered by the New York Times and Washington Post, secured funding to go full-time, and been hired by leading companies and impactful organizations.
The Role
We want someone who knows what works on social media and can make it happen from shoot to post. You'll cover our events and daily life inside the fellowship. You will:
● Capture content at Frame events: talks, workshops, mentor sessions, showcases.
● Film day-to-day fellowship life: the house, the work, the people, the moments.
● Plan shoots around what will perform. You know the hook before you press record.
● Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X.
● Post and manage content on Frame's channels. Time it right.
● Track what works and make more of it.
Who you are
● You make videos that do well on social media. You can show the numbers.
● You're an experienced editor. You're fast, and you have taste.
● You can do it all: plan, shoot, edit, post.
● You understand platform trends, hooks, pacing, and formats.
● You're comfortable on the ground with a camera around people.
● You're reliable and you move fast.
● Plus: you're a creator yourself, you care about AI, you've owned your own project.
Location
San Francisco is preferred. We need someone on the ground to shoot.
Remote is possible if you're a strong editor and poster. A team member will capture footage. You take it from there: edit, post, track.
